B2Bsellers Suite 1.0 is available now

With B2Bsellers Suite 1.0, B2B merchants can make their business even more efficient and profitable. The B2B Suite enables sellers to adapt their offering to the needs of the B2B market and optimize their processes.
Thanks to the powerful functions of the B2Bsellers Suite in combination with Shopware 6, companies can map complete B2B company structures in order to make quick decisions. In addition, the suite offers a range of functions that simplify the management of customer data and ordering processes.
Everything based on Shopware 6 - simply as a plugin installable.

B2Bsellers launch event in January 2023

We would like to thank all participants of the successful launch event. Version 1.0 of the B2Bsellers Suite was presented during our live webcast on Jan. 24, 2023 and generated a lot of interest among all customers and partners. The exchange during the discussion was very informative and it was exciting to see how the new features can be applied in practice. We are looking forward to further developing the B2B Suite and enhancing it with more useful B2B functions.

B2B Connectors are not developed further

With version 1.0, the intended B2B connectors disappear from the portfolio. We prefer to focus on the functionalities in the store itself or recommend for data implementation our partners like yedi.
Originally, the connectors were meant to dock external APIs quickly and easily and implement the data in Shopware and the B2Bsellers Suite. Whether customer data, individual prices or employee accounts... This is now no longer developed.


Employee uploads via CSV file

Have you ever had the thought of importing multiple employees into your company at the push of a button? With the function "Employee uploads via CSV file" this thought becomes reality!
This is especially useful when many new employees need to be created.
The CSV file must have a certain structure to import the data successfully. An export of the already existing employees gives you a template to copy from. Thanks to the 'Employee uploads via CSV file' feature, you can process data quickly and efficiently, saving time and resources. Alternatively, you can also generate an invitation link and share it with your team.
Customer-specific Assortments
With the new addon "Custom Assortments", we enable you to map customer-specific product assortments in the online store at category level. This allows you to display different products to different customers, including products specially manufactured / labeled for the customer or relevant spare parts for the machines used by the customer.
You can also display special sections of your assortment only for certain customer groups. Your customers also have the option to make certain products from the offered complete assortment not orderable.

The extensions "OCI-Punchout" & "cXML/Ariba-Punchout" have been added as addons to B2BsellersCore

These extensions "OCI-Punchout" & "cXML/Ariba-Punchout" are now part of our B2BsellersCore and enable our customers to make their purchasing process even more efficient and easier. This saves time and reduces manual errors.

Migration from 0.9.6 to 1.0.0

The update from 0.9.6 to version 1.0.0 is quite simple:

Option 1: Via the Shopware admin area

1. upload the ZIP file in the plugin list
2. after that you have to click on "update" for the plugin "B2Bsellers Suite
3. still delete the cache
4. finished, your B2Bsellers plugin has been updated to 1.0.

Option 2: Via the Console

1. delete all files under "custom / plugins / b2bsellerscore
2. upload all files from the ZIP into this folder again
3. execute "bin/console plugin:list && plugin:update b2bsellercore
4. still delete the cache
5. finished, your B2Bsellers plugin has been updated to 1.0.

Option 3: Per Composer:

1. first request an access to our Packagist account.
2. perform "composer update b2b-sellers/core
3. you still need to build the storefront, the admin and the B2B platform
4. still delete the cache
5. finished, your B2Bsellers plugin has been updated to 1.0.

Of course we recommend to run and test the update on a development environment first.
