If you are not from the Stuttgart area, then you can also Full-Remote work. However, the team with us is happy about reinforcement at every spontaneous table soccer match 😉 If you Hybrid you can work with a large part of the colleagues on Mondays and Tuesdays (+ occasionally Wednesdays) in the office in Esslingen, the rest of the week we basically work remotely.

The chemistry in our team is very important to us, which is why we regularly go to industry events, training sessions or lunches. Our colleagues also love the daily foosball match. Everyone looks forward to the summer party and the Christmas party 🙂
