We are pleased to announce that version 4.2.1 of the B2Bsellers Suite has been released.
The focus of this release is compatibility and more control over price calculation: Compatibility with Shopware 6.7.15.0 and configurable price priority.
In addition, Release 4.2.1 includes numerous improvements and bug fixes related to prices, addresses, offers, login and product lists.
Compatibility and stability
Release 4.2.1 makes the B2Bsellers Suite ready for the current Shopware version.
The B2Bsellers Suite is compatible with Shopware 6.7.15.0.
This means you can run your shop on this Shopware version and use the improvements from this release.
Highlight: Configurable price priority for overlapping validity periods
In the discount matrix configuration, you can now define which price takes precedence when price ranges overlap in time.
You decide which price is displayed when validity periods overlap.
Until now, it was not possible to control how such overlaps are handled. With the new setting, you define the priority directly in the discount matrix. This makes price output easier to understand.
Improvements to prices and discounts
Price calculation has been further optimised.
The calculation of customer-specific prices no longer crashes for partially loaded products without a calculated price. In addition, hidden product prices are now withheld more reliably.
Improvements to offer creation
Further optimisations affect offer creation.
Billing and delivery addresses are no longer swapped when an offer is created. In addition, a deprecated dynamic property creation in the OfferConverter has been fixed.
Improvements to addresses and login
There are also improvements around addresses and sign-in.
The address list is now loaded completely for customers with many addresses. This also results in fewer unnecessary API requests. During employee login, the company selection is no longer requested repeatedly.
Product lists and customer data
Further optimisations affect product lists and customer data.
The CSV import into a product list no longer adds products from a previously imported list. Customers without a first name now load correctly even when the Shopware Security Plugin is active.
More stability
In addition to the functional enhancements, Release 4.2.1 contains numerous technical bug fixes and stability improvements.
Among other things, disabling order approval no longer leads to conflicting module dependencies.
Conclusion
With Release 4.2.1, the B2Bsellers Suite is compatible with Shopware 6.7.15.0 and price calculation is easier to control.
Configurable price priority provides clear rules for overlapping validity periods. The other improvements make addresses, offers, login and product lists more reliable.
