A reliable signal for all those who are still working with Shopware 6.5!

From the April 1, 2025 we are officially introducing a new support level for our B2Bsellers Suite version 2.x.x on. This version is equipped with Shopware 6.5 compatible and was originally December 31, 2024 removed from regular support.

Our goal: maximum predictability, clear terminology and a reliable upgrade strategy that supports you in the stable operation and further development of your B2B store.

But we know: A store update is not "just done". That's why we want to give you a clear signal and offer a pragmatic solution for all those who are still using Shopware 6.5 for a little longer.

What does that mean in concrete terms?

The version 2.x.x will no longer receive any new features.

But: We fix critical errors in central store functions - such as checkout, shopping cart, login or price display - if they affect a large part of the customer systems.

We call this phase the Support for business-critical functions.

In the course of this We have also revised our support runtimes and release strategy to provide even more clarity.
