While we've removed ballast, we've also added powerful new features that simplify and speed up your everyday B2B business.
AI support
The digital assistant recognizes purchasing patterns, suggests proactive customer handling, and even creates sales emails.
Barcode-Scanner
Transfer products directly to quick order or quotation via scan – fast, easy, without detours.
Select individual products in the shopping cart
Finally available in B2B: Decide at checkout which items to purchase and which to save in your shopping cart.
Discount Matrix
Flexibly combine, prioritize, and stagger discounts—exactly as complex B2B pricing logic requires.
Employee budgets
Budgets are calculated precisely for each position—for projects, departments, or categories.

Completely redesigned – easier to control, more flexible for complex rules.
Messages for offers & approvals
Bundle all conversations centrally in the self-service portal.

Three features remain part of the B2Bsellers Suite but are no longer directly included in B2BsellersCore (technically).
Instead, you can now easily Add via the admin with just one click – without complicated installation.
B2B Eventmanager
Many companies still use Excel to manage training courses and instruction. With our Event Manager, this can be done digitally: participant management, certificates, downloads, and reminder emails—all directly in the portal. The Event Manager is no longer part of the core, but can be activated immediately as an extension.
OCI & CXML plugins
E-procurement is indispensable for many B2B companies. To improve maintainability, we have removed OCI & CXML from the core. Both extensions are now external plugins – additional punchout and e-procurement extensions are also available.
BatteryIncluded On-site Search
Lightning-fast, integrated search with facets and synonyms for B2B catalogs.
Punchcommerce OCI & cXML
Seamless punchout connection to e-procurement via OCI & cXML.
These features have been removed.
To make 4.0 leaner and easier to maintain, we deliberately removed features that were rarely used or for which there are better alternatives:
property sets → Recommendation: Property Sets for Shopware 6 (Webwirkung)
Copper and brass surcharges → removed
Bonus program → Available as open source (GitHub) upon request
B2C/B2B Context Switch → Better alternatives in the Shopware Store
Multidimensional accessory groups → Can be mapped via Shopware Cross-Selling
URL authentication → removed
Native app for sales reps → Paused, focus on core functions
consumer perspective → removed
B2B Platform Theme → Recommendation: Themeware (Shopware Store)
product subscriptions → Better store extensions available
