In the role of "Product Owner", you will lead the product team, develop our product strategically, drive the implementation of new features and support our customers with technical issues.
- Work in a cool team in a hybrid model directly in our B2B headquarters in Esslingen am Neckar (near Stuttgart) with 2 office days (Mon+Tues) - - or - - mainly full remote with approx. one office day per month.
- State-of-the-art equipment in the office or at home.
- Full-time (40 h/week)

- We rely on agile working, but not strictly according to classic SCRUM roles

Your mission with us
In this key position, you will make a significant contribution to the further development of the "B2Bsellers Suite" and orchestrate all product-related topics. Specifically, this means:
- You define and prioritize requirements for new features and improvements together with the team.
- You create concepts and mockups to make product ideas visually tangible.
- You test new features, carry out bug testing and ensure high software quality.
- You plan and manage sprints in collaboration with the development team.
- You maintain and optimize the structure in Jira for efficient task management.
- You make well-founded decisions and contribute your business understanding of B2B retail.
- You support our customers with technical issues and find pragmatic solutions.

Your skills
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in working with Jira for efficient sprint planning
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Technical understanding of databases, APIs and processes
- Ability to create or guide the creation of concepts and mockups for new features
- Experience in bug testing and quality assurance of software
- Hands-on: You are team-oriented, reliable and never lose sight of the big picture.
- Fluent German (C-Level) and good English skills
