Custom Product Numbers
Manage your own product or material numbers directly in your supplier's online store. You can then use them in the search function or the quick order feature so you don't have to search for the right item in the store first.
Catalog - Export
Export the supplier's product catalog directly into a data format that can be imported into your system so that you always have up-to-date data in your ERP or PIM system.
Order Summary
Here you'll find a detailed overview of your past orders. You can access the related documents and quickly place repeat orders or add items from an order back to your shopping cart.
Order requests
The "Order Requests" section clearly lists all order requests from your employees that require approval. You can view these in a clear, item-by-item format, and as the approver, you can make adjustments and grant approval.
Budgets
Always keep a close eye on budgets! Assign budgets to your employees so they can always operate within defined project, department, or individual budgets. The approval process can be seamlessly integrated here so that purchase orders can be prepared even if the budget is exceeded.

On this page, you can place a quick order by uploading a CSV file or entering product numbers (including via a barcode scanner).
Document Archive
Here, the store owner can provide you with relevant PDF documents, whether they are invoices for orders placed outside the store or other documents such as framework agreements, CE documentation, etc.
